Oil Sketch

This was a pivotal work in my artistic journey - it's an early oil sketch capturing a moment steeped in nostalgia. The loose brushwork was an unexpected success as I moved away from obsessing with explicit detail and learning to embrace the more implied forms of the subject.  This work means a lot to me - I hope it goes to a good home.

This work is oil paint on oil paper and is signed on the reverse. It is unframed and is A3 in size.
